1. Privacy Policy
“DSO” means Diamond Sky Oil Pte. Ltd., its successors and assigns, where applicable.
We respect personal data and are committed to full compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") provisions governing the management of personal data, safeguarding the privacy, confidentiality and security of personal data held by us.
2. Collection, use and retention of your personal data
All information given provided by you ("Personal Data") is for the purpose of providing you with our products and/or services. Personal Data includes but not limited to your name, identity card number, address, contact telephone number, mailing address, email address, vehicle numbers, personal information in business registration documents (if the products and services are purchased by a business/company), credit card information and other personal data ("Personal Data") for the purpose of providing you with our services or products. In addition, we may collect your location data when you use the DS Rewards App for the purpose of providing location-based services or features. This location data is collected in real time solely for functionality and service delivery, and is not stored, retained, or used to identify you after the service session ends.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and consent to the collection, use, retention and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with these terms herein.
3. Purposes for the collection, use, retention or disclosure of your Personal Data
When you apply for and / or purchase any of the services or products that we provide, we will collect your personal data. You may provide any of your personal information as you wish. Your use of our service or product will require the collection, use, retention or disclosure of Personal Data. We may not be able to provide you with any services or products if we are unable to obtain the personal data required.
3.2 Main purposes include (non-exhaustive):
- In the course of business operations such as administration, accounting, telecommunications, billing, statements, advertising and services provided by agencies, contractors or third parties.
- To review, verify and approve the Customer’s loan, credit rating, financial and credits status.
- For bank and credit card payment authorisation purposes.
- To enable location-based services and features within the DS Rewards App (location data collected in real time but not stored).
- Issuance of debt collection letters and related actions.
- To update, compare and verify customer information, finance and credit records.
- Sharing Personal Information about third party payors or the Customer to vehicle owners (if applicable).
- Provide fuel discounts, loyalty programs, rewards and promotions.
- Contact the Customer, handle enquiries, recommendations and complaints, data analysis and statistics.
- Deliver DSO’s or its business partner’s products/services and marketing promotions, including mutual marketing and transfer to suppliers or third parties to provide services.
- To promote car and insurance related services and products of other companies.
- For DSO’s or other companies to offer services/products that may interest the Customer.
- Establishing a central database for marketing, research, financial, loan, credit and record checking purposes.
- Any other purposes explicitly stated in these Terms and Conditions and/or related to provision of Services and Products.
3.3 Disclosure recipients
Personal data may be disclosed to persons or entities (within Singapore or outside) as necessary, including related entities, marketing/advertising agencies, business partners, professional consultants, financial institutions, banks, insurers, Caltex and authorised resellers, debt collection agencies, and any other party under confidentiality obligations or legal requirement.
4. Direct promotion
Unless we receive your written objection in advance, you are deemed to have consented to the use of your personal data for direct marketing and the transfer of such data to third parties for direct marketing.
If you wish to withdraw consent for direct marketing you may contact us as set out in paragraph 11.
Direct marketing activities may include: fuel card services, membership program information, gifts/discounts/offers and services/products that may be of interest to you.
5. Retention of Personal Data
We will retain your Personal Data to a minimum and reasonable time within the timeframe required by Singapore's laws and regulations. We shall cease to retain documents containing your Personal Data, or remove the means by which your Personal Data can be associated with you as soon as it is reasonable to assume that the purpose for which it was collected is no longer being served and retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.
6. Accuracy of Personal Data
To ensure the accuracy of the information we hold about you, you may receive confirmation or verification requests. Please inform us as soon as possible of any corrections or changes to your profile, including if you do not wish to receive further marketing communications.
7. Handling of Personal Data and Security Measures
Except as provided elsewhere in this policy, we will not disclose or transfer any personal data unless we have your prior consent or the disclosure is required by law. We have established security measures and monitoring procedures to prevent unauthorized access, processing, deletion, loss or use of information.
Security measures include:
- Using SecureSocketLayer (SSL) technology to protect transmission of Personal Data.
- Only authorized officers may inspect or process such information and are required to comply with strict guidelines.
- Conducting periodic security system reviews.
8. Disclaimer
Information that DSO collects may be stored and processed in and transferred between any of the countries in which DSO operates. You agree to such cross-border transfers. While we take reasonable security measures, no method of transmission or storage online is absolutely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Privacy Policy Changes
We may update or change this Privacy Policy in the future. All related amendments will be updated on the website.
10. Language
In case of any ambiguity between the English and Chinese version of this Privacy Policy, the English version shall prevail.
11. Customer's Personal Data access and changes

12. Effective date
This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy is effective as of 9 September 2025 and supersedes previously issued versions.
